STACT Air Cooled Scroll Chiller
Smart Family of Cooling Products offers an industrial grade portable scroll chiller package ranging from 1 to 20 tons in capacity in single and dual refrigerant circuit configurations. This particular product line is well suited for applications like MRI Cooling, Laboratory cooling, plastics extrusion cooling, process cooling, laser cooling, water jet cooling, plating and anodizing cooling, and many others. While the portable chiller market is a competitive one, we feel that we offer advantages over our competitors. All units feature environmentally friendly R-407c refrigerant, energy efficient scroll compressors and 316 stainless steel evaporators. Because our STACT air cooled chillers can be installed indoors or outdoors, we offer a variety of condenser fan controls that allow the units to function from -20F to 105F ambient temperatures. Units come standard with a 304 stainless steel insulated water tank and 316 stainless steel chiller recirculation pump. We have an optional process pump if required. We also include a suction accumulator, hot gas bypass control, water flow switch, and phase reversal relay as standard on all packages. Our chiller microprocessor controller offers a variety of service friendly information as well as controls to +/-1F.
